The four Black Country authorities (Dudley MBC, Sandwell MBC, Walsall MBC & Wolverhampton City Council) are seeking your comments on our Joint Core Strategy Publication Stage.

Government policy is that the Joint Core strategy is considered to be "sound" or fit for purpose unless shown to be otherwise. This means that if you wish to object to any part of the Joint Core Strategy Publication Stage, you must specify why it is not sound, and where applicable, please provide or refer to evidence to support your objection.

To explain exactly what this means for those wishing to make a representation, this form sets out the Government's tests of soundness as they apply to the Joint Core Strategy Publication Stage.

This form will be used as a formal representation of your objection to, or support for, the Joint Core Strategy Publication Stage.

All representations must be received by Friday, 15 January, 2010.
